Why President Obama's uncle should not be deported?
By now Mr. Onyango should have got his Permanent Visa long time ago.
Not for being President Obama's uncle he should now get his Visa as a courtesy. Of course not.
A President can not and should not have to use his power and influence to interfere with the Justice even if who broke the Law was his father. Much less an uncle!
What kind of Legal System is this that allowed someone to stay illegally in this soil for so many years?
What moral such Immigration System has to claim the application of the Law just now in order to deport this 68 years old man who have lived here for the last 40 years?
Not like millions of American senior citizens who regularly drink this old man was caught driving under the influence. So bad, I agree! He should not like anybody else drive drunk.
However is this System really legal? I don't think so. Is it just? No, it is not. At least this system is indecent and unseemly.

Frogs in a pan
@politico: Sarah Palin: "I guess I shouldn’t call politicians names, so I apologize for calling the wobbly ones wusses:"
http://t.co/8J6BzIlH
All American frogs are in a pan filled with water. And this government controls the flame. Heat them up, Obama!
The water in the pan is broiling. All American frogs are jumping and falling inside the pan. Broil them, #Obama!
"We, the American frogs" have deliberately forgot where we came from & we have democratically decided to replace our lake for a pan.
"We, the America's frogs" once swam freely in our lake and now, here surrounded by metal walls, we are all inside Obama's pan, heated up!

II - On President Obama: His sensitivities
The sensitivities of President Obama
It's sad to declare that day after day any criticism of President Obama is seen as racism, discrimination, bigotry and the devil, squared.
First of all, he's Afro-American!
This long-standing talk of race relations in the United States, fomented by the likes of Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton who are looking under every rock for an excuse to re-inflame an old sore that should already have been long ago just one item of discussion of the real problems of the country.
And even if it's only because some “extreme” conservatives have really serious doubts about President Obama's nationality? Is he African or African-American? I'll decline to consider that as a believable possibility, thanks! But look, these and other topics of contention are only being raised to rob attention from the questions that truly need to be faced up to in this society.
And even for some "exaggerated conservatives" that doubt the American nationality of President Obama! Is he an African or an African American? I do not go down this path because I do not believe that this would be possible, I mean, a non-American as President of the United States! But this and other discussions only serve to steal attention from the real issues that should be discussed by society and be the focus of our politicians. They should look for solutions.
(President Lula and Zé Dirceu)
Second: any political attack is portrayed as personal – as an attack upon the person of Obama rather than a critique of his actions as President!
We've lived this drama in Brazil before; it goes on every day. Just visit Brazil to experience the Circus that's being put on by the Labor Party Era. Their “pals” don't really believe that Lula - who never saw or heard anything of wrong doing in the side room,- Jose Dirceu, Jose Genuino, etc. were the ones who really pulled off the peculato.
The majority of the population asks: "Whaddya mean, pal? I have no idea what this peculato is!"
It would be said up in my neck of the woods, “These guys would rob their own grandmother!” But I have to admit I hate even to write this awkward phrase, it's politically incorrect! Who cares?
For Obama when he first met Lula as President, he celebrated him very much: "This is my pal", he meant to say “camarada.” Any resemblance is purely coincidental.
Third, the “black” skin color of Mr. Obama has nothing to do with his Presidency – and of course nothing either to do with his administrative competency.
Neither, for that matter, had the “white' color of President Reagan to do with his speaking ability and his enviable administrative capacity. He was indeed a man of State!
Say, have you ever “missed” a Presidential administration that you never experienced? Well, I do.
Fourth, those first two years of the Obama Government that were to have brought up before the Senate and House of Representatives the issue of a comprehensive immigration reform when a majority could have approved and fulfilled what he'd [com]promised...
Hey, the lame excuse I've heard from the Brazilian press through jornalists like Joe, Eduardo de Oliveira, Edirson Paiva, etc is that there were more important policy issues than Immigration Reform for President Obama to resolve.
Now Immigration Reform is more important than anything else. What a contradiction and incoerence!

I - On President Obama: Class Conflict & Christian Values
Journalist Jehozadak (Joe) Pereira wrote in one of his articles published recently in Portuguese: “We mustn't talk about politics, soccer or religion,” but then goes right on and brings up politics in spite of it – with glee.
He is one of the Brazilian journalists in Massachusetts that defend in all means the candidate of President Obama for reelection.
Class Conflict
To my eyes, being as I am a citizen of this country and tooth-and-nail defender of all the interests of the undocumented (especially Brazilian) immigrants, it is becoming increasingly clear that those folks who take delight in class conflict actually prefer the Afro-American version of our former President Lula, this mysterious President Obama.
For those who make promises to all voting blocks no matter how contradictory, this invariably tends to the worst. Making and keeping promises makes honest politicians.
What “our” President Barack Hussein Obama promised – to change the country, "yes we can" – is a nightmare that's been getting more & more hideous for four years.
Disrespect to the Constitution
The cost of President Obama's mandate has already reached nearly 8 trillion deficit dollars, and on top that off, a predicted US$ 1.000.000.000.000,00 more to install the America's Universal Affordable Health Care Act – which, in case it is allowed to be fully executed, will be history's greatest governmental intrusion into individual rights.
To us Brazilians who are inured to subjugation of individual rights to the collective, this can be compared just to chicken soup. However after 2 days becomes uneatable. Obamacare is the American version of the bankrupt Brazilian Health System. Those who survive will see!
Christian values and ethics demoralisation
Never before in the history of the United States of America has there been seen such a degree of demoralization of ethics or of Christian morality itself – not even during the era of President Clinton; an absurd vilification of the centuries-old American Constitution that, in the post-modern relativist view of this President, is only a matter of opinion.

Obama & Romney: Economy and Immigration
A conversation with Councilor Rivera - Worcester, MA on Obama X Romney
Josimar Salum:
Obama is spending far more than all last administrations. US is borrowing money from China like a crazy cocaine addicted. He says he is not going to raise taxes. In the last 4 years the grocery and gas prices went up dramatically. The way we spend and borrow there will not be enough revenue of taxes to pay for it.

Sarai Rivera
Yes but remember all the damage Romeny did in Mass
Josimar Salum:
What damage?
Sarai Rivera:
He didnt balance the budget in Mass the Democratic Reps did- He cut benefits for early education- childcare among other things
Josimar Salum
Romney balanced the budget. Actually when Patrick took office there was money in the State accounts. As governor of Massachusetts Romney turned a $3 billion deficit into a $1 billion surplus
Read about this:
http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2012/08/29/mitt-romney-want-to-know/#ixzz29cuVQs4v
Sarai Rivera:
He was very unsupportive of Worcester and if you talk to people who held office with him will tell you how unfair he was in regards to policy and social services
At what price the cuts of all the people that needed the support...he would make worc beg for the state funding support
He didnt care about health care, chidlcare and or education
Josimar Salum
Do you ask about Health care? No comments, maybe we live in a different state. Education? We have one of the highest rates on education in the whole country. Childcare. Who takes care of the children should be parents and not the state.
Sarai Rivera
And how do the parents do that when they have to work... or do they just depend on Welfare
Josimar Salum
About parents working that is a good question? How, I ask you?
Obama spent 8 trillion dollars more. He promised to cut in half the deficit. He is running the country even without budget. His government lives by dead lines. Do you remember and know why our Credit rate score went down?
The vital issue that matters is that we can't sell our soul to China.
Sarai Rivera
Yes but that was not the the one who created the mess he was elected into office and put int he possition to clean up the mess made by the Rep and having to do it with a Rep cabinet
Josimar Salum
The basic difference between Romney and Obama is that he is an administrator and our President is an activist politician.
Sarai Rivera
I will vote for an Amos heart over a Babilonian leader any day-- a communtiy activist will always care about the building up the people
Josimar Salum:
Amos heart? Who? Obama's? Please there is a lot of confusion going on. Babylonian leaders. They both are. I am not deceived. We are not voting for the Assemblies of God president.
This president doesn't know where he is coming from and to where he is going to. European socialism is the philosophy that thrives Obama. And I know well where this is going to end.
Tina Pereira:
Yes ....Obama clean up the mess made by Rep.
Josimar Salum
Obama has not been able to clean up in 3 years his own mess of his first year . How is he able to clean everybody else messes? Any way I don't thing he is capable to do it. A country is not run by words but my efficient administrative decisions.
Sarai Rivera
If he was such a good adminstrator than why is mass 70% againts Romeny
Josimar Salum
Our state is democrat and you know why. MA is the most liberal state along with CA.
Sarai Rivera
Loving Mitt support of the immigrants....NOT and could he have said Illegal a few more times
Josimar Salum
Sarai, about immigration you are now talking about something we agree about Romney and I don't think you support Obama in this issue.
I do not agree with Mitt Romney's position on immigration.
However what Obama has done is frustrating and a shame.
On his first two years he could have passed any legislation on immigration: He didn't while he has majority of votes on both houses.
He frustrated all of us, because he had promised to do the immigration reform on his first year, but he did not.
And his Executive Order halting the deportation of undocumented people from 16 to 31 years of age, meeting some requirements may turn into a Trojan Horse.
Why did he not signed a Executive Order and gave them all permanent visas?
Sarai Rivera
I do agree that Obama could have done more in regards to immigration and see his efforts now especially the youth is very important
Josimar Salum
Why should I believe him now?
I must tell you that Romney is not my favorite candidate. I had other preference.
But as A BELIEVER I do not vote for any candidate that works and support policies that kill babies on mother" wombs.
Please watch this.
http://youtu.be/Oi_KaZ53eDg
Why using the same Executive Order did he not give the green cars to these young people?
After Obama promised 4 years ago to change immigration laws to benefit millions of immigrants and not fulfilling what promised even when he had majority of votes on both Houses and after deporting more than 400.000 immigrants per year including thousands and thousands of Brazilians who never committed a crime CTIB - Central do Trabalhador Imigrante Brasileiro urge Latino US citizens to vote for him. "Let the deportations go on."
Mitt called for "self deportation" and Obama DID and DOES more deportations than any President in history before him.
As ABC news reported last December: "Since 2009, the annual average number of deportations has approached 400,000, according to the Department of Homeland Security. That’s double the annual average during President George W. Bush’s first term and 30 percent higher than the average when he left office."
