On August 27, 2025, Donald J. Trump made headlines by demanding that George Soros and his son be prosecuted under the RICO Act (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act). He accused them of bankrolling violent protests and orchestrating coordinated efforts to destabilize the United States. For many, Trump’s comments sounded radical. For others, they echoed a warning sounded nearly twenty years ago in a little-known book: The Shadow Party by David Horowitz and Richard Poe.

A NETWORK BEYOND THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY

Published in 2006, The Shadow Party described in detail how George Soros, through his billions, constructed a web of organizations designed to transform American politics from the outside in. Soros was not just a donor; he was an architect of influence. By pouring money into activist networks, media watchdogs, and policy think tanks, he created what Horowitz and Poe called a parallel power structure—a political machine that could pressure, bypass, and even dictate the Democratic Party’s agenda.

The book traced how groups like MoveOn.org, Center for American Progress, and Media Matters—funded or influenced by Soros—coordinated messaging, mobilized activists, and steered the national conversation. It was, in Horowitz and Poe’s words, a “shadow party”: a party within a party, operating largely out of public view but exercising enormous sway over policy and elections.

THE CLINTON ALLIANCE AND THE LONG GAME

At the time, the authors emphasized Hillary Clinton as a central figure aligned with Soros’s project. She and other party elites benefited from the grassroots mobilization and media power Soros financed. Though the book predated Barack Obama’s rise, its analysis foreshadowed how future Democratic leaders would ride the infrastructure Soros built.

The lesson was clear: Soros was not only funding candidates—he was reshaping the political battlefield itself.

WHY RICO ENTERS THE CONVERSATION

The RICO Act, passed in 1970, was originally intended to dismantle the Mafia. It allows prosecutors to target enterprises that engage in a pattern of racketeering activity—from fraud and bribery to money laundering and beyond.

Trump’s argument is that Soros’s network—when it supports violent protests, funds coordinated campaigns, or potentially manipulates election processes—should be investigated under the same framework. To qualify, prosecutors would need to prove that the network crossed the line from legal political financing into criminal enterprise activity.

Critics argue that Soros simply funds progressive causes within the law. But Trump and others contend that the systematic, organized, and global nature of Soros’s influence matches the spirit of RICO: to confront entities that act above accountability, cloaked as legitimate enterprises but operating with subversive intent.

FROM 2006 TO 2025: HISTORY REPEATS

Nearly twenty years after Horowitz and Poe warned about The Shadow Party, Trump’s RICO call puts Soros back in the center of American politics. The same accusations—that Soros bankrolls unrest, undermines national sovereignty, and manipulates democratic structures—are now tied directly to the most powerful legal weapon the U.S. has against organized enterprises.

Whether prosecutors pursue such charges remains to be seen. But the convergence of Trump’s rhetoric with Horowitz and Poe’s analysis suggests this debate is far from over.

At stake is not only the future of George Soros and his network, but the question of accountability in American democracy. Can vast private fortunes, acting through webs of nonprofits and activist groups, wield unchecked influence over elections and policy? For Trump and his supporters, the answer is clear: the “shadow party” described nearly two decades ago is not a theory but a living enterprise that must be confronted. For Soros’s defenders, it is simply philanthropy and democracy in action.

The so-called “One Big Beautiful Bill” of President Donald J Trump that Congress approved today proposes sweeping tax and budget changes affecting millions of Americans. Here is a concise summary of its main provisions:

• Deductions for overtime pay and tip income, excluding these earnings from taxable income

• Child Tax Credit increased to $2,200 per child

• Permanently expanded standard deduction

• Senior tax break raised to $6,000 through 2028

• SNAP (food stamps) work requirement extended to age 64 for able-bodied adults

• SALT (State and Local Taxes) deduction boosted to $40,000 for couples earning up to $500,000

This reflects dynamic scoring, the idea that growth can partly offset revenue losses.

Critics argue that while past tax cuts under Reagan, Bush, and Trump did stimulate growth, they failed to close budget deficits, and the Congressional Budget Office projects that the current bill’s tax reductions will similarly expand the deficit. Combined with increased defense and border spending and cuts to social programs, these measures could further deepen the nation’s fiscal imbalance over the next decade.

INTRODUCTION

In February of this year 2020, my nephews Andre, Marcos and Sarah were with me when I went to preach in a church in Framingham, Massachusetts, United States, by the time the new coronavirus pandemic started to be brought up in conversation. I said in the sermon that - it was an opinion, it was not a prophecy - in a few months they would soon not talk about it anymore. But I didn’t know it was a manufactured pandemic, that a hidden agenda was at work, that these viruses had been engineered in a laboratory in China, that a new version of world warfare was unfolding, that we were entering a sophisticated third world war from different perspectives, it was not conventional. 

Though It was an opinion based on little knowledge of facts a third world war, unconventional, different, unprecedented was on motion. 

This is so plausible that even today one of these vaccines being tested was manufactured using genetic engineering technology in response to a contaminating virus that has been genetically modified or created “in vitro” which lacks a genetically engineered vaccine.

This is a new admirable world that cannot be understood properly due to such ignorance of everything about us, not only what is really happening, but also what will be revealed. The darker future of science fiction is unfolding before us with more frightening surprises than previous times.

I am saying this first to state that today, our opinions are mere deductions or creative predictions. We don't have data, comprehensive information, deep and truthful knowledge to reach any conclusion that is sensible, reflects events and is accurate.

THE ELECTION OF JAIR BOLSONARO IN BRAZIL

As for the election of Bolsonaro, my nephews were also with me and their older brother, Filipe, in Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais State, Brazil. I had been asking God for weeks who would be the next President of Brazil and He did not answer. A few days before Rodrigo, my brother-in-law, who was also with us passing through Juiz de Fora city, from Rio de Janeiro to Belo Horizonte city, had heard me say on the balcony of my mother's house in Cisneiros that I was worried, because God had not said who would be elected president of Brazil in that election. It felt like something sinister was about to happen, something very serious. So we were in Juiz de Fora and “coincidentally” at the same time as we were having lunch, Bolsonaro, the current President, suffered the stabbing. He practically died. Without knowing it yet, soon we left on the trip and on the road, Filipe received the news, around 3:20’PM, we stopped the car to pray. I kept asking if Bolsonaro would die and God said: “He will not die, but he will live and see My goodness in the land of the living.”

The attack took place on Thursday, September 6, 2018, around 3 pm. God just came to tell me that he would be the next President of Brazil, from Sunday to the following Monday, the 9th to the 10th of September when he was still between death and life, at the Albert Einstein Hospital in São Paulo.

THE ELECTION OF DONALD TRUMP

In the 2016 election, God told me clearly, on the day that Trump secured his candidacy for the Republican Party, it was 7/21/2016, around 7 pm: "Donald J. Trump will be the next president of the United States."

I was so sure of this that I started to proclaim this word even when all the media, pooling reports and the vast majority of opinions said that this would not be possible.

This time, in 2020, God did not tell me that Donald Trump would be re-elected, but He also did not say that Joe Biden would be the next President of the United States.

When God speaks it is very clear, and if there is a clear prediction without any conditions, it just happens as He spoke. When He doesn’t say anything I should be quiet and maybe only offer my opinion. 

“And if you say in your heart, ‘How shall we know the word which the LORD has not spoken?’— when a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the thing does not happen or come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him. Deuteronomy‬ ‭18:21-22‬

I cannot fail to record here the prophecies of the late Kim Clement who since 2008 and in more recent years had not only prophesied Trump's election but his second term. And dozens of other prophets, known and respected, that Trump would be re-elected and one specifically that I know personally, Lance Wallnau, who said he would be re-elected after undergoing a fraud test that would be committed against him, and the Supreme Court would define the elections.

Well, these are still prophecies. And probably on January 20, 2021 we will know whether it was God himself who spoke or not!

THE RESISTANCE

Based on the inaccurate information I have, and based on the development of the latest events and reading about the various legal approaches and paths that Trump's team of legal advisers are taking, I can describe the following:

The Electoral College met on 12/14/2020 and Joe Biden was elected President with 306 votes while Trump got 232. However, 7 states besides voting for Joe Biden also voted for Donald Trump: Pennsylvania 20, Georgia 16, Nevada 6, Arizona 11, Michigan 16, Wisconsin 10 and New Mexico 5.  

A total of 84 votes were also cast for Trump and will be reported to Congress on January 6, 2021. This means that 84 votes will be up for grabs when Congress meets. To be elected, the candidate needs 270.

It is as if Biden today had 222 votes and Trump 247. And that 84 votes could not yet be counted for either one or the other because they were doubled. Congress will need to define this on 1/6/2021.

The traditional media has been flooding the news denying that this has ever happened. Fact checkers have attested that such thing will not play on January 6, when Congress meet to define the election .

On 10/16/2020, the Reuters News Agency published a very bizarre text 'Dueling Voters' pose a risk of electoral stalemate in the US '. I say it's bizarre as if they were already predicting that something like this could happen.

What are dueling voters? The article explains:

“States with heated disputes between Republican President Donald Trump and his Democratic rival Joe Biden could produce lists of competing voters, one certified by the governor and the other by the legislature. The risk of this happening is greater in the battlefield states of Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin (according to the author's analysis at that time) that have Democratic governors and Republican-controlled legislatures. Some electoral law experts are concerned that an unprecedented volume of votes cast and legal challenges will delay the election result for weeks, creating a long period of uncertainty. Trump has repeatedly said that the election is rigged and has made "unfounded postal voting attacks", which tends to favor Democrats.

[“Unfounded postal voting attacks” are in quotes, because we dispute this claim that they are truly unfounded. The media says they are unfounded, the President says they are not. Mere opinions? Who has the authority to say whether they are or not? The company that publishes news? Fact checkers who work for Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter? ]

 "If the initial results show a Trump advantage, experts say the president could pressure Republican-controlled legislatures to nominate voters in favor of him, saying the initial vote count reflects the real result. Governors in those same states may end up supporting a separate list of voters promised to Biden if the final count shows that the Democratic candidate won.”

This is very serious. How could they foresee this possibility? What information did these people have? Did they already know about the plans and actions to defraud the elections on different fronts as they actually happened and the mainstream media swears together that everything is false? Wasn't everything under control? How, without any evidence to the contrary, could they claim that fraud claims would be unfounded? 

There are judgments on many levels today! In the media sphere, in the political sphere, in the sphere of Justice that also has nothing to do with justice, as judges appointed by Democrats tend to favor decisions by Democratic rulers and judges appointed by Republicans tend to favor Republican rulers.

There is also a narrative that Trump may run for office in 2024, “nothing stops him”, and so the mainstream media keeps repeating a range of loose arguments (they seem loose, but they are not) for the unsuspecting population to repeat like a mantra. It is all part of a great effort to defraud, deny, convince public opinion and move the Deep State "mechanism" forward as well.

IS THERE AN ONGOING CONSPIRACY BEING EXECUTED IN THE UNITED STATES?

Large organizations, politicians, entities, individuals, heads of state, billionaires like Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bestos, George Soros, the latter said months ago that in January 2021 “there would be no Donald Trump smoke left” (to paraphrase) , everyone should knew very well what they were planning accordingly. Facebook CEO himself has spent 500 million dollars to support politicians, 5 to 1, for Democrats. 

Imagine if it were the other way around! That Biden had suffered "suspicions" of fraud against him and that Trump was officially “elected”?

The mainstream media would be in complete turmoil and would be giving full and wide coverage of all events. On the contrary, it denies now everything. I did my personal research myself in the headlines of major newspapers and magazines and each one was the same, same words. Applauding and favoring Joe Biden. What happens is that the conventional media that consists of practically all the major newspapers and television channels, with media companies like Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc. totally ignored any news about the multiple frauds that has occurred in various states. They are not only aligned in the same country, but all over the world. Headlines are produced by one mind and all outlets just publish them, I mean, reproduce them. 

Who can publish the contrary even the truth and the facts. 

There is a similar kind of occurrence when the WHO - World Health Organization prescribes a guideline and all the governments of the countries follow, to the point that the Brazilian Supreme Court determines that the sovereign government of Brazil must follow their rule, even if it does not want to. And there are those who politically control WHO, which has its own agenda, as China is known to control it. There is a clear world order that has being orchestrated, stitched, negotiated for years, and spaces in the world being occupied to reach the same goals.

But is that possible that fraud in the elections of the freest country and example of democracy in the world has happened? 

This is not an opinion. These were aberrant frauds occurred in these elections. These are facts that I personally verified based on live testimonies and documents published by the alternative press, official government and justice departments. 

Dominium and Smartmatic machines are a fraud factory. Can you even believe that private companies that are hired by governments receiving billions of dollars will be fair and honest? Who in their right mind believes this? 

But there is no need to disbelieve! It is a fact with clear evidence that they are fraudulent machines. If they are really analyzed by the courts, has the potential to implode the entire electoral system of countries for at least in the last decade here!

I ask the following: how can technology, machinery and services from private companies determine who will be the next president of the United States? Just thinking about it makes me shiver ... 

How can this be possible? What commitment would any of these companies have with facts and truth? And this will become even tremendously scary when you start to glimpse discoveries of who are their owners.

In some cases democrats legislatures and/or liberal courts defrauded unconstitutional laws previously approved as an excuse due to the pandemic of the Chinese virus, the virus of the CCP - Chinese Communist Party, which "coincidentally" was "liberated" by accident to especially contaminate the democracies of the world.

All of this without considering what I followed in real time on the day of the election and the findings that followed in the morning. Mathematically, statistically and the events that occurred since dawn and the morning after the election are so absurd that there is no denying that there were not a few, but many, frauds in a 12-hour course. Wide open. This is shown in several real charts that demonstrate the flow of votes from one candidate to another, as Trump went from being the imminent winner to “losing” meaninglessly mere hours later. There is no logic in the world that can explain this: and it just doesn't matter to those who don't really want it to.

It is so colossal and involves hundreds of fronts that fraudsters could not imagine that there would be enough structures to fight all of this at the same time. There was. Trump was prepared for it.

BETWEEN THE OFFICIAL AND THE TRUTH.

Joe Biden was not elected President of the United States. Neither is Kamala Harris his Vice.

The massive, constant and repetitive coverage of the media and the big technology companies added to the harmful, manipulative and shameful “fact checkers” that they themselves own, influences the opinion of even those who consider themselves to be well informed.

Fact checkers post their verdicts below the news or opinions that are against them. Posts that reach greater coverage are briefly deleted and their authors are limited or expelled from their platforms. And all of this is done by “left-wing organizations”, who are already prone to reject, who are not eager for the truth, but are part of the conglomerate of institutions that follow the narrative and collusion to establish their goals globally. Many of them are financed by the same billionaires who wanted to defeat the Make America Great agenda. 

Once again news is read by all these channels from a single source, based on a single script, literally, by all newspapers, programs and shows. I've watched videos that clearly show this as an indisputable fact. It is necessary to climb the mountains well above the black clouds of mIsinformation to observe in general what is happening in the world.

Without understanding how all this works, you and I will keep repeating words that serve only to standardize the entire population like an insane cattle herd and a herd trained by wicked beings who rise up consider themselves like gods.

MY OPINION.

The clear word that the Lord gave me on 4/11, the day after the election, when I was watching in distress what was happening was clear: "Wait ... Wait ..." And there has been nothing new from Him after that day!

But what, in my opinion, will happen in the outcome of these presidential elections in the United States?

1. More indisputable new facts will emerge within the scope of Justice, which is the only platform with authority to determine the fate of any fact finding that has any consequence. Though all political venues have to work out first.  Until you get to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court did not decide the Texas lawsuit on its merits, but on the existence of the lawsuit itself. The media reported that the Supreme Court had certified that there was no fraud. Even Joe Biden in a recent speech. Another lie!

2. President Trump is lately finishing putting men of his trust in strategic positions in the Government to establish Law and Order when social unrest erupts on the streets in the first weeks of January 2021. One of the last positions was the resignation of William Bar (he did not resign, he was fired) as Attorney General - with General Jeff Rosen from the line of succession taking his place.

3. On 6/1, the date of the opening and official counting of votes in the US Congress, some states will have votes from two delegations, as I have already described. One college voting in force for Biden and another college voting in force for Trump. To resolve the impasse, the President of the Senate (Mike Pence, current Vice President who is also the President of the Senate) will need to speak. In my opinion, he will take the matter to a vote in the Chamber, following the 12th amendment: in this case, it would be one vote per state (the set of deputies from each of the 50 states is entitled to a single vote). As Republicans have the vote of 26 states, Trump would win. And the Senate would choose the current Vice President, Mike Pence himself. The majority of the Senate is to be decided by Georgia on 1/5. Today, already elected in the last elections, there are 50 Republican senators and 48 Democratic senators. If Georgia elects 2 Democrats would there be a tie and would Mike Pence himself decide to choose himself as Vice President?

4. When the Supreme Court decided 7 X 2 not to judge the Texas case, I concluded at that point that Donald Trump had only a 1% chance of continuing as President of the United States, but I was not sure that Joe Biden would assume the presidency for a long time. He would not serve for the completion of the 4 year mandate. So today, as incredible as it may seem, in my opinion chances are 50 x 50.

Joe Biden, for me, is a "Manchurian Candidate." - it is a reference to the movie with the same name. 

"A candidate from Manchuria is a person, especially a politician, being used as a puppet by an enemy power", in this case, China. The term is commonly used to indicate disloyalty or corruption, whether intentional or not. But this point will sound like a big conspiracy theory. Honestly, I don't care!

Donald Trump, in this process, was abandoned politically by dozens of Republican politicians. But it keeps moving forward. I've never seen anything like it. Such resilience is very rare. His agenda and actions over the past four years have aligned with everything I personally expected.

Donald Trump and Mike Pence fought hard against humanity's greatest enemy, Islamic Radicalism, practiced by millions and millions of people around the world. In 6 months of his administration, he practically exterminated more than 30 thousand members of the Islamic State (ISIS).

Trump and Pence defended the pro-life and pro-marriage values ​​- marriage as an exclusive union between a man and a woman and on this agenda they appointed three new Supreme Court judges committed to the Constitution in its original meaning and to the restoration and preservation of our individual freedoms. The greatest achievement of his administration.

Trump and Pence promoted the downsizing of the state that became very intrusive and oppressive in the days of Obama and Biden (in the last 8 years before Trump took office) and promoted the most rigorous fight against corruption in the government of this country in recent decades. There has been no case of financial corruption in this Government. However, the “Deep State” has yet to be overcome and Washignton's “swamp” is yet to be entirely drained.

Trump developed a pro-Israel foreign policy never seen in all of the country's history.

There was the greatest economic growth as a result of the promotion of entrepreneurship, the proliferation of small businesses and practically the end of Obama Care (extremely costly for the middle class, a disaster indeed).

Anyway, there are a lot of good people who are deceived, confused and just repeat what they hear, watch, and see. So I watched someone cheering and celebrating Biden's election because he will save the planet from global warming, for example, and another because he will legalize amnesty for all undocumented immigrants in the country, even if his government's platform endorses abortion (murder) of more than 60 million children in the past decades in the United States. And they will continue to promote even more abortions of children up until the day they are born and even kill babies that survived the abortion. Such cruelty and wickedness seem surreal.

People's confusion generates their opinions and preferences and this comes from the abundant narrative of mainstream media that only follows the "New World Order" agenda that promotes misinformation, completely false information and mass manipulation.

I am not an advocate of Donald Trump and Mike Pence for themselves, but for what they represent. Their agendas represent the greatest pro-values; initiatives like family, life, freedom and the free market and true social justice based on the fairest Constitution on earth. The United States Constitution including our Bill of Rights. 

However, we know that everyone passes, all rulers pass. Empires have appeared and disappeared throughout history, but Jesus, His Kingdom and His Church have remained forever. However, as long as we can fight for Justice and Truth, we will.
