Ukraine Scandal: Will President Donald Trump suffer an Impeachment? By: Josimar Salum

The Trump Government's list of achievements is gigantic and grows with each passing day. 710wor.iheart.com has published a very long article on all the achievements of this government, yet, among all that he has accomplished, the most impressive accomplishment is the President's ability to deliver on his campaign promises.

There is an ongoing cultural revolution accompanied by a judicial transformation in the country like never before seen in the last 60 years. There are over 150 federal judges appointed and sworn in under this administration that guarantees a conservative trend for the next 20 to 30 years, without even mentioning the majority of judges in the Supreme Court who can consolidate with one more judge chosen by Trump in addition to the two conservatives who have have taken office. The country that was going downhill on left-wing tendencies, moral licentiousness, the destruction of family values and individual liberty has seen a shift under the Trump administration that is gradually destroying all the liberal achievements that took years and years of planning and execution.

In this presidential race for 2020, the Democrats have put forward two dozen candidates, the vast majority of leftists and socialists, which seems to be the path that Party leader Nancy Pelosi (President of the Federal Legislature) has drawn in the drive to dismantle the current president of the country at any cost.

“It's the economy stupid” is a slight variation on the phrase “The economy, idiot” that James Carville coined as a strategist for Bill Clinton's successful 1992 presidential campaign against President George HW Bush. Social, religious, and other ideological agendas do not concern Americans as much as economic and financial welfare.

If the economy keeps on its path of growth and there is no US involvement in any war until November 2020, no new fact emerges that can undermine his government, Donald Trump will be reelected president with votes from all segments of society; especially blacks and evangelicals. And I won't be surprised if you start to see a growing electoral base among Latinos and women.

Following this reasoning, Trump must be stopped at all costs, even if they have to remove him from the Presidency with a forged impeachment. Yet, there is one caveat! Even if most Democratic politicians approve the articles to remove him, it will take 2/3 of the Senate to try and convict him. The Senate has a Republican majority. It would take more than 10 senators willing to make this majority. This will not occur even in “a million years”.

We have two fronts in this tangle of voices and media confusion in the country. The Joe Biden scandal and the Donald Trump scandal, both involving Ukraine.

Fox News journalists Robb Blitzer and Gregg Re wrote a very long and complete article published on the evening of 9/30/2019 about what's at stake in this insane battle to depose President Trump.

Biden acknowledged on camera that when he was vice president, he had successfully pressured the then-president of Ukraine to dismiss prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was investigating a natural gas company called Burisma Holdings - where his son, Hunter Biden, played a highly lucrative role in advice, which paid him tens of thousands of dollars a month, despite his limited relevant knowledge. The vice president threatened to withhold $ 1 billion in critical US aid if Shokin wasn't fired.

"Well, the “sob” ... got fired," Biden joked on a panel two years after leaving office.

Shokin himself had been widely accused of corruption, while critics claimed that Hunter Biden could essentially be selling access to his father, who pressured Ukraine to increase its natural gas production. Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani, a former mayor of New York, suggested that Shokin was the target of an international defamation campaign to discredit his work.

As for President Trump's call to the new President of Ukraine, the Democrats focused on the whistleblower's complaint a week ago, which cited information from White House officials who claimed there had been efforts to secure Trump's call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in July, among other talks. The Trump administration began publishing transcripts of Trump's links with various foreign leaders in a highly rated repository only after anonymous (criminal) publishers publicly disclosed the content of Trump's private links with the leaders of Mexico and Australia in 2017.

Trump suggested, during a telephone call with Zelensky, that Ukraine should investigate proud Biden for firing Shokin after Zelensky first mentioned Ukraine's corruption problems, and soon after, Trump separately requested a "favor" for Ukraine to help in investigating foreign interference in the 2016 elections, including the Democratic National Committee (DNC) server hack involving CrowdStrike.

The call came shortly after Trump had frozen millions of dollars in military aid to Ukraine. However, the US subsequently released aid to Ukraine, and the Ukrainians did not know that the money was frozen until more than a month after Trump's connection with Zelensky, The New York Times reported.

President Zelensky said he did not feel pressure from Trump during the call to do anything.

The whistleblower's complaint contained several apparent factual inaccuracies, prompting some Republicans to ask for an inquiry into the whistleblower sources - and why they themselves did not complain.

Giuliani defended his investigation of Democrats, including Joe Biden and his ties to Ukraine, while pointing the finger at the Obama administration and its potential involvement in corruption.

“My role is very, very simple. I'm a lawyer defending a client,” Giuliani told the host Maria Bartiromo on Fox News's Sunday Morning Futures, saying she was exploring an information clue that she claimed would not justify Trump's allegation that he had conspired with Russia in the 2016 elections, but that could show that the Democrats conspired with Ukraine to undermine Trump's campaign.

As you can see, this is a Clash of the Titans.

In my humble opinion, after reading the whistleblower text delivered to Congress, there is no offense committed by the President that could legitimately be used to oppose him. And this opinion is shared by many jurists in the country.

The whistleblower apparently is a Democrat who used leaks ushered by White House officials to produce a document that became without political and legal force after President Trump himself declassified his talks with the President of Ukraine.

As he had said for months, all President Trump needed to warm up his campaign was an impeachment process led by the AOC Party's (socialist) red band and the three MPs who hijacked the party's agenda.

Meanwhile, Trump's campaign has never received so many financial donations and his followers have never been as enthusiastic as they are now.

Meanwhile, the Justice Department has never been so close to exposing all the corruption of past governments and the possibility of equally exposing any corruption that may exist in the current government.

It is also worth noting that while all this is happening, the Department of Justice has once again investigated Hillary Clinton about the server scandal that was installed in the garage of her home that filed Government classified messages, plus the 30,000 emails she destroyed, and more than a dozen cell phones that were destroyed with chemicals when she and her 2016 campaign were being investigated by the infamous Jim Comey, former FBI director.

This winter promises ups and downs along with nefarious surprises, as does spring and next summer as well. But it will be in the fall of 2020 that we will have the result of all this real-life imbroglio in Washington, DC. But after all, what will really counts "is the economy, stupid."
